Shipping & Delivery Policies

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since our products can be fragile, we create bespoke packages for our orders. Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by us, BN Global. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows -

Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 50
Above Rs. 1000 - Free

DELIVERIES
All orders for the Rest of India are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail & text message upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at support@kaamras.com for us to resend it as soon as we receive it.

PAYMENTS
Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won't be accepted. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

EMI payment method is available as well, just follow the following steps -

1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as the payment options.

2. You will be directed to the Razorpay page, wherein you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards which will have options to convert your payment into easy EMI's for the following banks -

HDFC Bank
Standard Chartered Bank
Ratnakar Bank
Kotak Bank
HSBC Bank
ICICI Bank
Yes Bank
Axis Bank

 

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to support@kaamras.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

 

What should I do if my order never arrived?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Kaamras, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to support@kaamras.com so we can help you look into this.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 15 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 15 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.
