Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order after it's been submitted.

You will have to cancel the previous order and place a new one.

An item may only be canceled before it has been shipped from our warehouse. If there are more queries, shoot an email to support@kaamras.com with your order number and we'll handle it for you.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Kaamras, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to support@kaamras.com so we can help you look into this.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 15 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 15 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All the orders go through multiple quality check processes before they are delivered to you, so we ensure that the quality of the product being delivered to you is of the optimum standard.

We offer a 7 days Return Period to return any products purchased on kaamras.com subject to the following terms & conditions

If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from kaamras.com and must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed, unused, and packaging still intact). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit depending on the condition of the returned item.

Note: Returns and Exchanges are accepted for products available on our website only in case of a wrong product, defect, damage, or misprint.

*The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges: 

- Items marked as final sale
- Discounted products
- Warehouse and sample sale purchases
- Gift cards

How do I make a return/exchange?

At the time of delivery, make sure to RECORD A VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING of the courier box, to show label, the box and contents inside it. This videos is required by us and our courier partners to support returns or exchange claims as an evidence and to eliminate any courier mischief, mishandling or tampering.

Share the video with us at support@kaamras.com within 7 days in case of a request for return or exchange of product.

After we get your Return/Warranty/Cancel request, we start to review it and take action within 72 hours. Claims are attended in priority based on what stage of order process they are in.

Is there a fee for returning?

No processing fee is required to return an item. Exchanges and returns for are free, given that you have applied for them with in 7 days after you have received your order.

When will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund upon the first carrier scan. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.
